About Me

My name is Irena and I was working in Foot Care in Poland since qualifying in June 2014 until late 2020. I undertook further Foot Care training in 2019 which reinforced my qualifications under a joint EU/Polish scheme recognised across the EU. 

I successfully ran my own private practise in the town of Sroda Slaska, near Wroclaw, and opened a second studio in the nearby town of Brzeg Dolny.  Both studios were based within each town’s main Private / NHS Clinic. 

Towards the end of 2020 I moved to the UK to be with my English partner. I had my professional assessment here in the UK during 2021. This allows me to carry out all the work covered by my original EU qualifications and I’m now very pleased to helping people here in Cheltenham in my private clinic!

As detailed elsewhere on the website, I have a passion for Ingrown toenails and have spent years refining the processes I use so I can provide the very best non-invasive help to my patients.

Over the years, I have attended many specialist courses. I have also been invited back to train students by the director of my vocational college in Poland. I particularly enjoy passing on my skills and experience, especially when associated with ingrown toenails!

I am a keen sports person myself and spent over a decade running competitive marathons and other short distance... although these days I just run and walk for general health and fitness. This has given me a good degree of empathy with sports people and others leading a healthy lifestyle. I fully associate with the need for healthy, pain free feet!

I am a member of the Accredited Register of Foot Health Practitioners  REGISTER NUMBER AR9971 and I am fully insured to carry out all of my treatments.
